Best Attackers in Dragon Raja: ReRise

Attackers are your first investment priority. Most early stages fold to a single well-upgraded carry, so pick one and commit.

Tohru

Tohru is a Fire SSR Attacker and easily the strongest damage option available right now. Her normal attack hands every Attack-role ally a Damage Up buff, so she helps teams she is not even carrying.

Her EX skill, Time for a Big Cleanup, is where the ceiling sits. It opens a two-round Big Cleanup window, brands three random enemies with Chaos Brand, then hits the board for 104% damage. At 3★, every 10% of maximum HP an enemy loses during Big Cleanup triggers a follow-up normal attack from Tohru. That follow-up scales off the target’s maximum HP rather than yours, so it stays relevant against tanky bosses.

At 5-stars, she starts stacking Dragonization every round, unlocking escalating buffs at 5, 10, and 15 stacks. If you pull Tohru, she is your carry.

Caesar

Caesar remains the most beginner-friendly Attacker in the game. His kit revolves around executing weakened enemies. When a kill does not land, he spends a slice of his own HP to swing again.

His EX skill stacks both Damage Bonus and Damage Reduction, up to five times. That self-sustain means he clears story content without needing a dedicated healer behind him. Caesar will not top the late-game charts, but he will carry you from chapter one to the mid-game wall.

Susie

Susie sits in a strange spot. She is technically a secondary damage dealer, yet top Chinese teams treat her as non-negotiable. Her buff package simply outperforms every other sub-DPS option.

On Global and SEA she pulls the same weight. Slot her beside Tohru or Caesar and your primary carry hits noticeably harder. She is worth pulling even if you already have a main damage dealer locked in.

Erii and Johann Chu

Erii is a Spirit Attacker with heavy AoE damage that scales as enemies lose health, paired with anti-heal pressure. She is the better pick against stall teams in Arena. Johann Chu offers cleaner single-target burst and pairs naturally with Shavee. Both are strong S-tier picks that you can comfortably build if the S+ units do not show up.

Best Defenders in Dragon Raja: ReRise

Defenders decide whether your carry survives long enough to matter. Against burst compositions in Arena, a good front line is worth more than a third damage dealer.

Finger

Finger is a Fire Defender who deals real damage while tanking. His EX skill sustains his own HP both when he attacks and when he gets hit. That dual sustain makes him the default front-liner in almost every team template.

At 5-star,  he gains taunt, which is exactly what you want from him. Taunt lets you decide who eats the enemy’s biggest hit, which protects your backline carry through Arena bursts.

Elma

Elma is a Water Defender built around redistributing health instead of simply absorbing damage. At battle start, her 3-star passive evenly distributes the whole team’s maximum HP. Every time she takes 20% of her maximum HP as damage, she evens out ally HP percentages again.

Her EX skill, Holy Sea Protection, grants allies Harmony Link. That spreads incoming damage across the party instead of deleting one unit. Elma is fantastic on long Arena fights that grind toward the round cap. She is less useful in short PvE clears where nothing threatens you.

Parsi Gattuso

Parsi is Finger’s opposite. He runs a naturally high dodge rate, boosted further by his EX skill, and layers a shield on top. That makes him excellent against teams that rely on landing consistent hits.

His standout perk arrives at 5★ with death immunity. A separate passive cleanses his own debuffs and restores a fifth of his HP. Both are genuinely strong Arena effects, though they demand serious investment to unlock.

Best Supporters in Dragon Raja: ReRise

Supporters are the reason late-game teams shift to one Attacker and three Supporters. Healing, cleansing, and turn manipulation scale far better than a second damage dealer.

Kanna

Kanna is a Wind Supporter with the most interesting kit in the current roster. Her EX skill, Thunder Resonance, buffs Final Damage team-wide, then drops her into Power Saving Mode for two rounds.

During that window, she cannot act, but the trade is heavily in your favour. Every surviving ally takes 15% less damage. The team also gains an EX Point at the end of the round, and everyone moves one step up the action order. At 3-stars, she also eats the enemy’s short buffs and strips debuffs off your most afflicted ally.

Her 5-star passive stacks Dragonized, which raises team status resistance and unlocks healing reduction and enemy action cancellation. In a game decided by who acts first, Kanna is the best Supporter you can pull.

Enxi

Enxi is the cleanest healing package on the current build. She restores health, refunds energy, and cleanses debuffs, which covers every failure state a new account runs into. She stays in your team long after the Attackers get replaced.

If you are rerolling and cannot decide between two accounts, the one with Enxi is usually the better long-term start.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth arrived through the Seven Deadly Sins crossover and remains one of the strongest healers in the game. She heals, removes debuffs, and her EX skill revives multiple fallen allies with a large heal attached.

Fully upgraded, she layers a stacking ATK buff on top of that healing. Availability depends on collab reruns, so grab her if the banner returns.

Ming Z. Lu

Ming Z. Lu supports through buff stacking rather than raw healing. He boosts critical damage, shortens cooldowns, and shields allies during dangerous turns. He fits particularly well on Luminous teams, where the extra crit damage multiplies an already burst-heavy kit.

Limited and Collab Allies Worth Chasing

Several limited allies rotate through Dragon Raja: ReRise banners and events, and availability varies by server.

  • Meliodas — the other Seven Deadly Sins collab unit, built around counter-punish damage that scales sharply with awakening levels.
  • NoNo: Oracle — an upgraded Earth Attacker version of NoNo, and a strong main damage dealer against stall teams.
  • Luminous: Sin Slayer — a limited Fire rework of Luminous with a much higher damage ceiling than the base version.
  • Chisei & Chime — a duo ally that folds tank and support duties into one slot, freeing a team position.

Limited units are worth pulling, but never at the cost of your core team. A fully built S+ ally beats a half-invested limited one every time.

Best Starter Teams in Dragon Raja: ReRise

Early on, double-Attacker teams work fine because your stats are low and fights end fast. Late-game teams move to one Attacker plus three Supporters, since survivability and rotations start deciding matches.

Stage Team Why it works
Early PvE Caesar + NoNo + Enxi + Ming Z. Lu + Defender Double damage pressure with healing and buffs to cover thin stats.
Early PvE (alt) Johann Chu + Shavee + Enxi + Chime Gen + Defender Built-in synergy between Johann Chu and Shavee speeds up clears.
Mid-game Tohru + Susie + Enxi + Finger + Ming Z. Lu Tohru’s Attack-role buffs feed Susie while Finger holds the front.
Arena PvP Tohru + Kanna + Elma + Enxi + Susie Turn control and damage sharing let you outlast burst compositions.

Each formation also uses an Aid slot and your main character. Aid skills apply useful openers, so slot a unit whose Aid effect matches your plan.

Dragon Raja: ReRise Reroll Priority

Rerolling is fast in Dragon Raja: ReRise. New accounts receive a generous stack of free recruitment resources plus selectable SSR allies. A full cycle takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes.

  1. Start as a guest Skip account linking until you are happy with your pulls.
  2. Clear the tutorialRecruitment unlocks after the opening story section.
  3. Claim everythingCollect mail rewards and redeem active gift codes before pulling. [Internal Link: MMO Culture Dragon Raja: ReRise codes]
  4. Spend every pullUse your full stock on the featured and beginner banners.
  5. Check against this list Keep the account if you land Tohru, Caesar, Susie, Kanna, or Enxi.
  6. Reset if neededSwitch accounts or change servers from the login page and repeat.
  7. Link once satisfiedBind the account only after you have a keeper.

One strong S+ ally is enough to start. Two is excellent. Do not chase a perfect account, because you will burn more hours than the head start is worth.

Final Verdict

The current Dragon Raja: ReRise meta rewards turn control more than raw damage numbers. Tohru is the clearest Attacker investment, Kanna is the best Supporter, and Finger remains the safest front-liner for new accounts. Enxi belongs on almost every team you build for the next several months.

Pick one Attacker and take them as far as your materials allow before starting a second. Spreading resources across three half-built carries is the most common mistake new players make. Save your pulls for banners featuring S+ allies.
