Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is preparing to bring Mickey Mouse and his Wasteland adventure to phones and tablets. THQ Nordic Mobile opened the mobile sign-up period on August 7, 2026, ahead of the game’s arrival next month.

The upcoming mobile edition has the following confirmed launch details.

Android players can register through Google Play and receive a notification when the game becomes available. Apple users can place a pre-order through the App Store. Regional prices may differ when the game reaches other countries.
The mobile release follows the PC and console edition, which arrived in September 2024. Purple Lamp created that remake from Warren Spector’s original 2010 Wii game, and Snapshot Games has now adapted it for touchscreen devices.
Return to Wasteland With Touch Controls
The story sends Mickey to Wasteland, a world populated by forgotten Disney characters. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit plays an important role as Mickey travels through locations inspired by classic animated films and shorts.
Mickey’s magic brush shapes the environments around him. Paint restores missing objects and damaged areas, while thinner removes parts of the world and opens different routes. These choices can affect characters, locations, and the direction of the story, which creates several possible endings.
The remake also gives Mickey additional movement abilities. Dash, ground pound, and sprint provide more options during platforming sections, while collectible Disney pins and hidden areas reward careful searches. The mobile edition keeps these systems alongside the complete single-player campaign.
The controls have been rebuilt around phone and tablet screens. Touch inputs cover movement, platforming, paint, and thinner, while the visuals aim to preserve the appearance of the console remake.

Once the Android version launches, you can also play Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed on a PC or Mac through BlueStacks. A larger screen gives you more room to follow Wasteland’s paths and view its environments, while keyboard and mouse controls offer another way to manage Mickey’s movement and brush actions. Open Google Play inside BlueStacks, sign in to your account, and install the game after release.
