Sword x Staff is a mobile idle RPG set in Kanstein, where you play as the Chosen Adventurer and travel with the Sword and Staff Twins. Battles combine automatic combat with skill builds, dungeons, bosses, companions, and more than 200 possible skill combinations.

How to Redeem Codes in Sword x Staff?
Code redemption becomes available after you make enough progress through the opening tutorial. The method differs between Android and iOS, so follow the instructions that match the device connected to your account.
- Launch Sword x Staff and continue through the tutorial until you have full control of your character.
- On Android, tap the cube-shaped menu button in the bottom-right corner. Open User Center and select Gift Code.
- On iOS, open User Center, choose Account Center, and link your game account to Apple, Google, or Facebook. Then visit the official Sword x Staff Gift Code Redemption Website and sign in with the linked account.
- Enter an active code exactly as written and press OK or Redeem.
- Return to your home and tap the owl holding a letter on the balcony to open the Mailbox.
- Select the reward message and collect the attached items.
The Mailbox becomes available after you fully clear the first Originisle stage and complete the tutorial tasks that follow it. Codes can be entered earlier, but their rewards will remain unavailable until the Mailbox has been opened.
Redeem Codes Not Working?
A code can sometimes be rejected even when it still appears active. Check the points below because small entry mistakes and unfinished tutorial progress are among the most common causes.
- Retype the Code: Codes are case-sensitive, so use the same capital letters and remove any extra spaces.
- Check the Expiration: Weekly gift codes can remain available for a short period and may stop working at a stated time.
- Check Your Account: Each code can usually be redeemed once, so an already claimed reward cannot be collected again.
- Use the Correct Method: Android players can use the in-game Gift Code menu, while iOS players need the official redemption website.
- Finish Originisle: Clear the first stage completely and continue through the following tutorial tasks if the Mailbox or reward message is missing.
