After a few years lagging behind the original South Korean server, ArcheAge China will begin its non-data wipe phase (or Pre-Open Beta) on 6 August. At ChinaJoy 2015, XLGAMES representative Kim Jung Hwan mentioned once again the China version is “faster” than the other servers, as China gamers consume a large amount of content fast and XLGAMES will try to keep up with the pace.
Kim also mentioned the China version as his “dear son”, he also confirmed it is more complete than the other servers. More PVP areas and points will be added as well, along with costumes and cosmetics with Chinese elements, such as the glider seen below. Finally, Kim said XLGAMES might invite other publishers of ArcheAge and veteran overseas players to experience the China server.
