The 2026 IGG World Championship gave players a place in Guinness World Records™ alongside its tournament winners. The event ran from September 4-6 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, where competitors faced off in Viking Rise, Doomsday: Last Survivors, and Lords Mobile.
This third edition had support from the Singapore Tourism Board and handed out over US$400,000 in rewards, from cash to merchandise and tech prizes. Away from the matches, IGG also revealed collaborations that players of two of those games can look forward to later this year.
Players Contributed over 120,000 Messages for the Guinness Record

Players across Lords Mobile, Doomsday: Last Survivors, and Viking Rise came together for a Guinness World Records™ achievement in the category “Most contributions to an Online Calligram Art.” And the community showed up in force.
According to IGG’s official event recap, fans submitted more than 120,000 messages from over 50 countries and regions. Together, their words formed the IGG Championship logo as a calligram, an image built from text.
That gave players a chance to help make history before the finalists even took the stage. Fans could contribute from home, without a ticket to Singapore or a spot on a competitive team.
Their collective achievement then got its moment in the spotlight during the opening day’s Viking Rise broadcast, when the Guinness World Records™ presentation celebrated what the three communities had accomplished together.
2026 IGG World Championship Winners and Prize Pools
Across the three competitions, 92 players competed in 24 teams. Each game had its own day on the schedule, and the finalists arrived after online qualifiers.
The official event announcement listed the following fields and prize pools:
| Game | Players and teams | Winners | Advertised prize pool |
| Viking Rise | 24 players, 8 teams | 483 first, SIR second, S395 third | US$100,000 |
| Doomsday: Last Survivors | 32 players, 4 teams | GFF Champion Award; GALL, SSI, TK1 Excellence Awards | US$168,000 |
| Lords Mobile | 36 players, 12 teams | Pv3 first, SGR second, XIX third | US$180,000 |
Viking Rise opened with battles in Sacred Crucible. Alongside the podium teams, GOC, Life, HVS, Russ, and RiP competed for the title.
Doomsday followed with two rounds of Off Limits War, and the first result left room for a comeback. TK1 won the opening match, but GFF fought back in the second and finished ahead on combined points.
Lords Mobile had a comeback story of its own. Pv3 advanced through the second-chance round before taking the championship. The final featured six teams, with four through from the initial groups and two from that additional round.
Rewards also extended beyond cash. The Lords Mobile championship page lists medals, Diamonds, an exclusive Route Skin, an Avatar, and a Decoration among the prizes. Each competition gave its players different rewards to take home.
Creator Awards, Music, and Game Worlds on Stage
Between matches, fans could explore themed areas, try mini-games, and meet cosplayers. Doomsday’s zombie performers roamed the venue, while Viking Rise brought its war cry to the crowd.
The trophy designs reflected that sense of participation. Both games gave each team a piece of a modular trophy, and the pieces formed a complete trophy together. Lords Mobile kept the same trophy design it had used for the previous two championships.
Creators had their own moment too. The event introduced its first official Creator Awards, with recipients invited to attend and accept their awards in person.
Music was another part of the program. The championship had an official theme song, “Stand the Line”, while Doomsday adapted its player-co-created anniversary song “The Journey” for an opening dance performance. Its composer, Vendetta, attended the event.
Dune Collaborations Are Coming to Two IGG Games
For players back at home, the next announcement concerns Lords Mobile and Doomsday: Last Survivors. Both revealed planned collaborations with Dune: Part Three, scheduled to arrive alongside the film’s theatrical release later in 2026.
Until then, anyone who missed the 2026 IGG World Championship can catch up through the Lords Mobile championship broadcast. It offers a closer look at how the final day played out:
