How to Redeem Codes in Once Human?
The code field is in different menus on PC and mobile. Complete the opening Eve of Evolution tutorial first, and then follow the route for your device.
For the PC version, use these steps.
- Launch Once Human and load into the game.
- Press Esc to open the main menu.
- Select Shop Event, then open Events. You can also use F3 to open Shop Events.
- Select Redeem Code in the bottom-right corner, shown with the X shortcut.
- Paste one code into the field and confirm it.
- Repeat for each remaining code you want to claim.
On mobile, follow this route:
- Open the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Redeem Code at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter one code and tap Confirm.
Keep the reward message in view after each claim so you can see whether the code was accepted before moving to the next entry.
Redeem Codes Not Working?
If a code gets rejected, check the error message and work through the points below:
- Copy the full entry: Keep every letter and number exactly as shown, and remove any spaces added before or after the code.
- Check earlier claims: Codes generally provide rewards once per account. Entering the same code again will not give you another bundle.
- Review eligibility: Some offers are limited to particular regions, servers, platforms, or eligible accounts.
- Check the redemption window: A code can stop working after its deadline or once its claim limit has been reached.
- Allow for a delay: If the game accepts the code but the items do not appear, wait briefly, log in again, and check your in-game mail. Contact support if the reward is still missing.
