While I was expecting this to be the beginning of the changes Webzen is making after buying gPotato, the publisher has come clean in its announcement, stating that the game “has proved to be less attractive to players than anticipated and thus become unprofitable for the developer (Noria) to be continued as a game”.
Sevencore is just about dead back in Korea, and there was once I thought the game would bring something new to the plate together with its rare sci-fi genre. Turned out to be just another cookie-cutter game, of course. And we will perhaps never get to see Aimon’s arrival now…
