How to Redeem Codes in PUBG Mobile?
Redemption happens on the official website, not inside the app:
- Open PUBG Mobile, tap your profile avatar, and copy your numeric Character ID.
- Go to the official PUBG Mobile Redemption Center.
- Enter your Character ID, the redeem code, and the verification code shown on the page.
- Hit Redeem.
- Open your in-game mailbox to collect the reward.
These codes are long strings of similar-looking letters and numbers, so copy-paste rather than typing. One wrong character wastes the attempt, and the page shows the same error for a bad code and a mistyped ID, which makes troubleshooting annoying.
Redeem Codes Not Working?
The usual reasons are simple: the code expired, it hit its total redemption limit, it’s locked to a region or version you’re not on, or there’s a typo. Codes are case-sensitive. If a code you’re sure is valid still won’t go through, the redemption center is sometimes just under heavy load, so try again later or switch networks.
We’ve noticed reliable free rewards come from the in-game Event Center after each update, daily and login missions, and official collaboration giveaways. So keep checking the Event Center whenever a new version lands, since that’s where most of the genuine free loot lives.
Keep an eye on this space; we’ll keep this list updated as new codes appear.
