The top Halloween game updates for Android in 2026 give you plenty of reasons to revisit your installed games. Clash of Clans has temporary troops to try, Fortnite has horror bosses to fight, and Pikmin Bloom has a new seasonal collection for your walks.
Several celebrations are underway, while others arrive later in October. Whether you want another competitive match or a quieter evening with friends, these eight updates offer something worth checking out.
1. Clash of Clans Adds Portal Panic Troops and Hero Equipment

Clash of Clans’ Portal Panic Medal Event runs from October 8-25 at 08:00 UTC and opens to players at Town Hall 6 or above. You collect Sour Elixir in Home Village battles, advance through the event track, and earn Rift Medals to spend at the Trader.
The big equipment reward is the Minion Prince’s Portal Pendant. It recalls nearby friendly troops and Heroes so you can redeploy them elsewhere, with partial healing and a temporary speed boost.
There’s also a new temporary troop, the Totem Thrower, whose cursed totems stun defenses. Returning Lavaloon and Witch Golem troops give you more options for seasonal armies. Once the fighting ends, you have until October 27 at 08:00 UTC to spend your medals.
2. Fortnite Brings Horror Bosses and Weapons to Fortnitemares

Fortnitemares 2026 puts Freddy Krueger in Nightmare Neighborhood, and defeating him earns you Freddy’s Nightmare. That ability lets you teleport into range and slash opponents, so the boss fight comes with a useful payoff.
Elsewhere, Five Nights at Freddy’s animatronic bosses can be defeated and possessed. The Bonerattler SMG reveals enemies, while the Pumpkin Launcher and Wood Stake Shotgun return to the weapon lineup.
If you prefer fighting through waves together, Horde Rush is back too. Epic’s official Fortnitemares video gives you a look at the seasonal takeover:
3. PUBG Mobile Gives World of Wonder a Halloweeks Makeover

PUBG Mobile’s Version 4.6 runs through November 10, and its World of Wonder content takes Halloween in a wonderfully strange direction. Brainrot gameplay gets seasonal characters, scenery, and event currency, alongside a returning Magic Broom.
The new Brainrot Wand transforms you into a Halloween-themed character. Meanwhile, a Ghost Ship carries a seasonal shop and fires cannonballs that create additional Brainrot variants to collect.
For another change of pace, Home Mode’s Feast of Shadows lets you hunt specters or become one and scare the hunters. Points earned through those roles can be exchanged for rewards. Our PUBG Mobile 4.6 guide covers the wider Midnight Hunters update and its vampire-themed battles.
4. Call of Duty Mobile Starts a Vampires vs Werewolves Season

Call of Duty Mobile Season 9 launches on October 14 at 5 p.m. Pacific, which is October 15 at midnight UTC. Its Fang Wars event asks you to choose a faction and complete missions for rewards.
Your choice determines which faction weapon blueprint you can earn. Vampires get the SO-14 – Moonlit Marksman Rifle, while Werewolves get the Type 25 – Lone Wolf Assault Rifle. Other milestone rewards are shared across both sides.
The season also brings Attack of the Undead to Haunted Hacienda and Haunted Standoff. Alongside those playlists, the Día de Muertos-themed Call of the Dead event awards the skeletal K-9 Unit – Fantasma skin after you collect 100 Howlbones. The official Season 9 announcement details the free and premium content.
5. Brawl Stars Builds Brawl-O-Ween Around Gus and Daily Rewards

Brawl-O-Ween follows a story connected to Gus throughout October. Puzzles, community choices, returning bosses, and a creator-led community experience all feed into the celebration’s finale.
Gus’s balloon companion, Loony, also joins the home screen and collects rewards as you win matches. Complete six daily wins, then press and hold the balloon to claim the bundle.
Those bundles contain Starr Drops or Chaos Drops. If you finish the required wins and forget to claim, the completed bundle arrives automatically the next day. That gives your regular matches an extra reward goal while the wider event unfolds.

6. Pikmin Bloom Adds Halloween Stained Glass Decor Pikmin

Pikmin Bloom’s October 1-31 event introduces eight types of Halloween Stained Glass Decor Pikmin. Event Challenges award random items, including seedlings and Stained Glass Cookies, while the walking view gets a spooky makeover.
The cookies also help you progress through missions for seasonal rewards, including returning Halloween Light and Halloween Treat seedlings. However, random rewards don’t guarantee that you’ll complete every collection.
If you’re missing a particular color, paid Special Mission Tickets go on sale from October 14 through November 7. Each requires you to finish its mission before receiving the chosen seedling. You’ll also need app version 153 or later for the new Decor Pikmin to display correctly.
7. Sky Brings Back Days of Mischief with New Social Games

Sky’s Days of Mischief runs from October 23 to November 12. The Cackling Crab welcomes seasonal visitors such as the tiny witch Brigitta, alongside new Dark Dragons vs. Crabs games and returning Broom Races.
There’s a community goal too. Between the event’s opening and November 6, players can collect “hugs” from the krill above the TGC Office rooftop. These encounters launch you into the air without taking your Winged Light.
If the community reaches 250,000 hugs, everyone receives a special memento. It’s an easy excuse to gather friends and join the chaos.
8. Pokémon GO Introduces Costumed Pokémon Across Two Halloween Events

Pokémon GO’s first Halloween event runs from October 27 at 10 a.m. until November 1 at 10 a.m., local time. It introduces Pikachu wearing a hat and capelet, Zubat wearing a top hat, and Sinistea wearing a bow.
Part II follows immediately and lasts until November 5 at 8 p.m. It adds Shiny Greavard and Houndstone, so collectors have another reason to keep playing after Halloween night.
Across both parts, the free Halloween GO Pass unlocks double catch Candy at Rank 10 and double catch Stardust at Rank 20. Those bonuses require progress through the pass, so factor that into your plans before a longer catching session.
Choose Your Halloween Event Before Committing to a Reward Track
With these top Halloween game updates for Android, the harder part may be finding time for everything. Start with the game you already enjoy, then check whether its seasonal reward requires daily wins, event currency, or a paid pass. That makes it easier to choose one goal you actually want to finish.
