Quirks add another layer of progression to Roblox Anime Dice, letting you specialize your best characters for Cash generation, rare-unit rolls, Trait upgrades, or faster rolling. Introduced in Update 8, these passive bonuses work alongside a unit’s existing Grade and Trait, giving you another way to improve the efficiency of your account.
There are 19 Quirks to choose from, but not all of them deserve the same investment. Some provide substantial economic bonuses, while others offer smaller improvements that are useful mainly during early progression. This guide ranks every Quirk, breaks down its reported effects and roll chances, and explains which bonuses to prioritize for different goals.
Anime Dice Quirks Tier List Overview
Each unit can hold only one Quirk, so choose a modifier that supports its primary role. A character responsible for generating Cash benefits from a different Quirk than one you use to improve your Luck or accelerate rolls.
| TIER | QUIRKS | BEST USE |
| S Tier | Fortune’s Favor, Midas Touch, Prodigy, Tycoon | Premium Luck, Cash, and reroll bonuses |
| A Tier | Fortune III, Wealth III, Refined III, Gifted III | Strong bonuses for specialized builds |
| B Tier | Fortune II, Wealth II, Refined II, Gifted II, Swift III, Swift II | Useful mid-game upgrades |
| C Tier | Fortune I, Wealth I, Refined I, Gifted I, Swift I | Temporary bonuses for developing accounts |
These tiers prioritize the value of each Quirk’s effect. Your best choice still depends on the character receiving it and the upgrades you’re pursuing.

S-Tier Quirks: The Best Passives to Keep
S-Tier Quirks deliver the strongest combination of economic benefits and improved rolling odds. Because they are exceptionally rare, consider the purpose of each character before spending large amounts of Cash trying to obtain one.
Fortune’s Favor: +50% Luck
- Best for: Rare-unit farming and general rolling.
Fortune’s Favor provides a substantial Luck bonus, making it a strong choice for characters supporting your rare-unit farming strategy. It is especially appealing when you want to improve your chances of obtaining better units without dedicating the slot to a Cash-focused modifier. Luck should not be confused with Grade Luck or Trait Luck. Those bonuses affect their respective upgrade systems, whereas standard Luck helps with unit rolls.
Midas Touch: +75% Money Multiplier and +15% Luck
- Best for: Your strongest long-term Cash earners.
Midas Touch is one of the most versatile Quirks available because it improves Cash generation while also providing extra Luck. It is particularly valuable on a character that will remain on your base for a long time. The dual-purpose bonus makes Midas Touch an excellent target when you want one Quirk to support both economic progression and rolling efficiency.
Prodigy: +20% Grade Luck and +20% Trait Luck
- Best for: Characters used to improve Grade and Trait rolls.
Prodigy boosts two different upgrade systems simultaneously. Grade Luck helps with Grade rerolls, while Trait Luck improves your chances of obtaining better Traits. This combination is very valuable once you have a strong roster and want to improve the multipliers on your most important characters. Instead of focusing on unit collection or Cash alone, Prodigy supports the refinement of characters you already own.
Tycoon: +50% Money Multiplier
- Best for: Maximizing passive Cash income.
Tycoon is a straightforward economic upgrade. Its large Money Multiplier makes it an excellent option for a character whose main job is generating Cash at your base. If you are investing heavily in a handful of income-producing characters, Tycoon can help accelerate future purchases and upgrades. It does not provide Luck, however, so choose Midas Touch when you prefer the additional rolling bonus.
A-Tier Quirks: Strong Upgrades for Specific Goals
A-Tier options are easier to obtain than most S-Tier alternatives and can remain useful well into the late game. They are quite useful when you want to improve one part of your account without waiting for an exceptionally rare Quirk.
- Wealth III: +25% Money Multiplier. Wealth III is a strong alternative when you haven’t obtained Tycoon or Midas Touch. Its Cash bonus makes it a useful upgrade for a primary income-producing character, especially when your account still needs funding for dice and other progression upgrades.
- Fortune III: +20% Luck. Fortune III improves standard Luck-based rolling and is a reasonable choice for a character supporting your collection efforts. It is less powerful than Fortune’s Favor, but it can still provide a meaningful improvement while you work toward rarer Quirks.
- Refined III: +10% Grade Luck. Refined III is suited to players concentrating on Grade upgrades. It helps improve the odds of obtaining better Grades, making it a useful choice when you already have your primary unit lineup and want to strengthen its income multipliers.
- Gifted III: +10% Trait Luck. Gifted III focuses on Trait progression. If you are trying to improve the Traits on your best characters, this Quirk provides a direct bonus toward that goal without sacrificing the entire Quirk slot to a Luck or Cash modifier.
B-Tier Quirks: Useful Mid-Game Options
B-Tier Quirks provide smaller bonuses than the strongest options, but they can still be worthwhile while you build your Cash reserves and improve your roster.
| QUIRK | BEST USE |
| Fortune II | Standard unit rolls |
| Wealth II | Passive Cash generation |
| Refined II | Grade upgrades |
| Gifted II | Trait upgrades |
| Swift III | Faster rolling |
| Swift II | Modest speed improvement |
Choose a Swift Quirk only when faster rolling contributes meaningfully to your routine. If you spend more time building Cash or upgrading Traits than rolling units, an economic or reroll-focused Quirk may suit you better.
C-Tier Quirks: Temporary Bonuses for Newer Accounts
C-Tier contains the basic versions of the five Quirk families. These are common results, and their modest effects are usually best treated as stepping stones toward stronger modifiers.
| QUIRK | BEST USE |
| Fortune I | Early unit collection |
| Wealth I | Early Cash generation |
| Refined I | Initial Grade upgrades |
| Gifted I | Initial Trait upgrades |
| Swift I | Small rolling-speed improvement |
Don’t rush to replace every C-Tier Quirk immediately. If the character is useful and you have limited Cash, keeping a basic bonus temporarily may be more efficient than repeatedly paying for rerolls. Once your income is strong enough to support more attempts, focus your spending on the characters that benefit most from an upgrade.
How to Get and Activate Quirks in Anime Dice
Quirks are rolled at the dedicated station in the Hub. The process is straightforward, but assigning the resulting Quirk to a character’s base position is essential.
- Step 1: Travel to the Hub. Use the golden Hub button at the top of the screen to teleport to the central area.
- Step 2: Find the Quirks Station. Approach the Quirks machine and interact with it to open the Quirk interface.
- Step 3: Select a Character. Click the + button, choose a unit from your inventory, and review its current Quirk before rolling.
- Step 4: Roll a Quirk. Use the Cash button to perform a roll. The result replaces the character’s existing Quirk, so you can get a weaker modifier than the one you had previously.
- Step 5: Place the Character on a Podium. Quirks only provide their passive benefits when the character is stationed on a podium at your base. A unit sitting in your inventory won’t activate the Quirk’s effect.

The best Quirks in Anime Dice are those that strengthen a character’s main purpose. Until you obtain these rare passives, don’t waste your Cash trying to force a perfect result on every unit. Keep useful lower-tier Quirks, prioritize the characters that matter most to your progression, and remember to place each unit on a podium to activate its bonus.
