PUBG Mobile August & September 2026 Leaks: Events & Skins

August and September 2026 are shaping up to be some of the busiest months of the year for PUBG Mobile players. The game is expected to receive several major collaborations, limited-time events, new cosmetics, and gameplay adjustments that could impact the current meta. Over the next two months, players will have opportunities to unlock new rewards, participate in limited-time events, and claim exclusive codes.

Meanwhile, upcoming balance changes and gunplay adjustments could force players to rethink their preferred strategies. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming PUBG Mobile events, collaborations, and reported changes. However, keep in mind that some of the information below comes from leaks and data mining. Nothing unofficial should be considered final until confirmed by PUBG Mobile.

Major August PUBG Mobile Events & Tournaments

The Spider-Man: Brand New Day collaboration, which began on July 30th, will continue until September 14th. During this event, which changes the Erangel map, players will be able to obtain Spider-Man themed skins as well as web shooters.

These shooters provide significantly improved mobility, allowing players to move across the map faster while remaining immune to fall damage during swings. We’ve previously discussed in detail how these web shooters, also added to Fortnite, work (and how to obtain them).

The X-Suit system is being redesigned in August 2026: Starting with Druvaen X-Suits, this new system features a three-form upgrade system. Each comes with its own unique look, effects, and animations.

The WOW V4.5 Creator Event will run until August 17th and will include custom map-building challenges with Naruto & Ferrari templates. The Ferrari collaboration will run until September 7th, and the Naruto Shippuden collaboration, also starting in August 2026, will run until September 15th. In both, you can obtain themed skins and try your luck in special Draws. The highlight of the Naruto collaboration is expected to be a dual-form, upgradeable Nine-Tails-themed AUG weapon skin.

PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2026 will be one of the most exciting events of August. Held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, France, 32 teams will compete for the grand prize of $3,025,000 USD. The PMWC 2026 Lucky Spin, exclusive to the tournament, will be added to the game on August 7th: with it, you can obtain the Electron Energy and Proton Power cosmetic sets. We also expect new codes to be distributed throughout the tournament.

PRO TIP Event codes released during major tournaments such as PMWC are usually redeemed through the official PUBG Mobile Redemption Center rather than directly inside the game.

Major September PUBG Mobile Events & Gameplay Changes

Most September information currently comes from leaks and data miners, so these details may change before the official release.

  • A motor cruise event is expected to begin immediately after the Spider-Man collaboration ends. This will most likely be added to the game with the 4.6 update, starting September 17th.
  • Multiple data miners are reporting that Mythic and Ultimate crates have undergone a dark-tech and futuristic design.
  • The 4.6 update is expected to optimize hybrid scopes and tactical attachments, and change the weapon meta.
