Fortnite Mythic Web Shooters: Features & How to Get Them
You can use mythic web shooters in battle royale mode. They offer several advantages over traditional mobility items:
- No cooldown time
- Provides fall damage protection
- Unlimited use, they do not rely on any resources (e.g., stamina or charge)
Web Shooters have appeared in Fortnite before, but this marks the first time the item offers unlimited usage. When swinging using web lines, you are completely immune to fall damage. This makes them the best mobility item for rapid vertical scaling. Combining them with Shock Rocks allows players to gain even more mobility, escape fights quickly, and reach high areas faster.
However, remember that if you get hit during a swing, you will fall very quickly too. Shock Rocks can be very useful in this scenario.
Where to Find Web Shooters
You can loot random Spider-Man backpacks and web-covered chests on the map. There is a chance that Spider-Man sprites will drop from the chests, and these allow you to obtain web-shooting capabilities directly linked to the player.
But if you don’t want to spend time, there is a guaranteed method to obtain them: Battlewoods POI.
- Land near the small shack on the northern edge of Battlewoods.
- Inside, you will always find a backpack and a high-tier chest. Mythic web shooters will drop from the backpack.
- If you miss it, go to the Battlewoods courtyard: there you will find a Spider-Man NPC. You can buy your shooters from this vendor for gold.
