A day after Christmas, Blade & Soul Korea will be seeing its 5th Wave update, part of the initial 7 Waves mega content expansion. For PvE, the 8th level for Tower of Mushin will be added, along with the new Spiral Labyrinth, a 3-level dungeon with rooms filled with challenges, not just killing mobs.
The new “Legendary” tier weapons will be dropping here in the Spiral Labyrinth, which is shaded below. The bosses will also drop new armors as well (apparently 2 sets, Gold and Blue), although they are not of the new Legendary tier’s.
The Tower of Mushin, a solo-only PvE ascending dungeon, will see the arrival of the new boss, Mushin (God of War) Chun Jin-Kwon. Do note that the tower will still be updated in the future with more levels.
The PvP updates include 1 Vs 1 and 3 Vs 3 duel stage, where players above level 4 can participate. This feature will see a soft launch on the 26th, much like a beta test before being fully rolled out.
