Earlier today, developer XLGAMES held an event to reveal more details about the upcoming Open Beta phase for ArcheAge Korea. It has been several months since Closed Beta 5 ended, and players were getting pretty anxious. Open Beta has been confirmed to begin on 2nd January 2013.

Advance character creation – 19th-30th December 2012
Client download – 17th December 2012
Hint: All the game’s playable races are teased in the big poster (click on it) as well, with only 4 currently for the Open Beta phase. The characters here supposedly represents the ancient heroes of each race.
There are no news of the business model yet for official/ commercial launch, so stay tuned for more details as it will most probably affect the English server as well.
