Forsaken World – Collecting set items

If you have been reading my blog or following on news about Perfect World Entertainment’s upcoming MMO epic, Forsaken World, you would have known the existence of the different colored items within the game. If you did not know, here’s a quick refresh, starting from lowest grade to highest: gray, white, green, blue and purple. From what I know, purple items are all part of a full set of equipments. So how do players get them?

Note: Information is subject to change for the English server.

Purple weapons: From defeating the last boss of various instances.

Do note that the stats of a level 30 purple weapon will be better than a level 40 blue weapon.

Level 30 purple weapon: Defeat the final boss of Valley of the Kings
Level 40 purple weapon: Defeat the final boss of Lost Lighthouse
Level 50 purple weapon: Defeat the final boss of Sky Fortress
Level 60 purple weapon: Defeat the final boss of Ancestral Tomb Outskirt
Level 65 purple weapon: Defeat the final boss of Ancestral Tomb
Level 70 purple weapon: Chance to drop from final boss of Ancestral Tomb (not confirmed)

Here is a preview of the level 50-70 purple rifles for the Marksman class (only for Dwarf race).

So, what about the purple armor pieces? The helmet, leggings, body piece etc…
