Roblox Slayers 2: Ultimate Player Progression Guide

The fastest way to progress in Roblox Slayers 2 isn’t to spend hours fighting whichever enemies happen to be nearby. The game follows a sequence of quest chains, level requirements, NPC interactions, and specialized challenges.

From your first encounter with Krue at Windy Peak to the Ouwigahara dungeon, each stage introduces something important. This guide follows the Slayer progression route and covers the essential quests you’ll need along the way.

Slayers 2 Progression Roadmap: Level 1 to Endgame

Keep this progression order handy as you work through the game. The recommended level ranges are guidelines rather than strict limits: some quest chains remain available after their suggested level, and you can move ahead whenever your character is strong enough.

LEVEL MAIN ACTIVITY UNLOCK OR REWARD
1–10 Krue’s bandit quests and Zuko boss Starter weapon and early progression
10–26 Tom’s Bear Cub and Mother Bear quests Early XP, Wen, and Demon Horn farming
26–40 Kazu, Noot, Chaka, and Kaiden quest chain Stronger enemies and Kaiden rewards
40–62 Wagwan’s Demon Guard and Hoyuzo quests Reliable mid-game XP
45+ Complete Final Selection Mizunoto rank, Slayer Uniform, Kasugai Crow
62–75 Jugg’s Dreamfall Hollow quests Access to higher-level farming
75–100 Demon Slayer Goro’s quests Mistfall Harbor progression
90–105 Tomoi and Shiro’s quests Iceveil Valley progression
105–145 Demon Slayer Mitsu’s quests Frost Demon farming
145+ Kasugai Crow missions Efficient late-game leveling

You can work on your Breathing Style materials while completing the early quests, and you should attempt Final Selection as soon as you’re sufficiently prepared. The Forge quest becomes available at Level 65, so you don’t need to wait until Level 145 to begin preparing your endgame equipment.

1. Early-Game Progression: Windy Peak to Level 26

Windy Peak introduces the basic quest system and provides the first several levels. Your priorities are getting a usable weapon, completing the essential village errands, and moving toward Tom’s Bear quests.

Levels 1–10: Krue’s Bandit Quests

Krue is one of the first NPCs you’ll encounter near the Windy Peak spawn area. His repeatable bandit quest is a straightforward way to earn your initial XP and Wen. Start with the following steps:

  • Speak to Krue and accept his bandit elimination quest.
  • Defeat the required enemies and return for your reward.
  • Repeat the quest while collecting enough Wen for a starter Katana.
  • Visit Raze’s Shop near Krue and purchase your first weapon.
  • Continue fighting until you unlock the Bandit Boss quest.

Raze offers two basic options:

  • Regular Katana (500 Wen)
  • Fancy Katana (1.500 Wen)

The Regular Katana is sufficient for early progression, so there’s no need to spend all your starting currency on the more expensive version. Once you have a sword, equip it to your hotbar and use it regularly. Sword Mastery progresses independently of your character level, making early weapon practice worthwhile.

Fight Zuko for the Cutlass

At approximately Level 7, Krue makes the Bandit Boss quest available. This introduces Zuko, an early boss worth fighting even after you’ve collected enough XP to continue. Zuko can drop the Cutlass, along with the Quick Draw skill.

Its Quick Draw ability makes it a useful early weapon because it helps speed up attacks and improve your damage during the initial leveling process. Continue fighting Zuko while the rewards remain useful, but don’t spend hours farming a weapon you intend to replace shortly afterward.

Complete the Essential Windy Peak Side Quests

Some of the most important early objectives aren’t part of Krue’s main leveling loop. Skipping them can prevent you from accessing later NPC quest chains. Complete these errands before leaving the starting region:

  • Kona’s Lost Pages: Speak to Kona and collect the five Lost Pages scattered around Windy Peak. Completing the objective rewards the Book of Guidance, which helps direct you toward your next progression tasks.
  • Lucy’s Bear Meat Errand: Accept Lucy’s request involving bear meat and deliver the required item to Tom in Bamboo Grove. This also introduces you to the NPC who becomes central to your next leveling stage.
  • Kazu’s Delivery Chain: Kazu’s quest involves identifying suspicious village residents and continuing a delivery sequence. After completing the spy-related objective, speak to Noot and obtain the coded letter. Deliver it to Chaka to unlock the next part of the progression chain.

These quests are more than optional ways to collect a little extra XP. They are connected to later access requirements, and skipping them can leave your progression blocked when you attempt to advance around the mid-game.

2. Tom’s Camp: Levels 10–26

After completing your initial Windy Peak objectives, travel to Bamboo Grove and locate Tom. His Bear quests provide a reliable source of early experience and introduce your first repeatable boss farming route.

Levels 10–18: Hunt Bear Cubs

Tom’s initial quests focus on eliminating Bear Cubs in the surrounding area. Complete the required hunts and return for each turn-in. Once you’ve unlocked the Mother Bear objective, move to the next part of his quest chain. The Bamboo Grove shrine is worth activating because it provides a convenient travel point for future farming trips.

Levels 18–26: Mother Bear Boss Quests

Mother Bear becomes your primary target once the corresponding quest unlocks. The fight can be much easier when other players are farming the boss simultaneously, so consider joining an active server rather than attempting every run alone. Continue completing the associated quest while collecting useful equipment and materials from the encounter.

3. Mid-Game Progression: Chaka, Kaiden, and Wagwan

After reaching Level 26, the progression route moves back toward the starting region before taking you to the waterfall area. This stage introduces stronger opponents, additional boss rewards, and more opportunities to combine quest objectives with material farming.

Levels 26–34: Chaka’s Subordinate Quests

Return to the Windy Peak area and locate Chaka. If his quest is unavailable, check whether you’ve completed the Kazu delivery chain and handed the coded letter to Noot or Chaka as required by the current objective. Chaka’s subordinate quests provide the next XP progression step. Complete the required eliminations and return for your reward.

Level 34–40: Defeat Kaiden

Once you’ve advanced far enough through Chaka’s questline, the Kaiden boss objective becomes available. Kaiden is a useful target for both experience and equipment progression. His Claws can provide an alternative weapon with its own skill progression, making the fight worth completing even if you’re primarily interested in leveling.

Levels 40–62: Wagwan’s Waterfall Quests

Wagwan can be found beneath the waterfall near the Mother Bear area in Bamboo Grove. His repeatable quests involve defeating Demon Guards and the boss Hoyuzo. These objectives provide strong experience through the mid-game and can carry you toward Level 62 or 65.

As you progress through Kaiden’s and Wagwan’s quests, stronger enemies make combat mechanics increasingly important. Our Roblox Slayers 2: Combat Mastery & Advanced Strategy Guide covers M1 combo resets, stamina management, perfect blocks, and boss-fighting tactics that can help you clear these encounters more efficiently.

4. Final Selection: Unlock the Slayer Rank at Level 45

Final Selection is the main transition between early progression and the Slayer questline. You can enter at Level 45, although if you are attempting your first solo clear, you can wait until approximately Level 55–60.

The event takes place at Wisteria Mountain, beyond Butterfly Estate. Follow the southern bridge toward Final Selection Plains and head for the torii gate. The gate displays a countdown indicating when the next trial opens. You can complete the event with a group if your weapon, armor, and Breathing Mastery are still underdeveloped.

Final Selection Quest Order

The event consists of several NPC objectives before the final Hand Demon encounter. Complete them in sequence rather than running directly toward the boss.

STEP NPC/OBJECTIVE TASK
1 The Sisters Register for Final Selection
2 Rem Collect the requested fruit
3 Vael Defeat five lesser demons
4 Klien & Rika Recover the Nichirin Katana and complete the Bandage objective
5 Mizuto Obtain the pond key and access the underwater section
6 Parkour Dungeon Complete the obstacle course and activate the required switches
7 Lavato Complete the timed mountain-survival objective
8 Levi Complete the rescue and escort task
9 Steve Start the Hand Demon encounter

The fruit objective involves collecting an apple, banana, and grapes. The underwater section also contains The Lost Slayer, who guards submerged keys and a Shotgun Schematic. You don’t need to obtain the schematic to complete Final Selection, but it’s worth checking the area if you’re interested in additional rewards.

Defeat the Hand Demon

The Hand Demon is the final major obstacle in the event. Talk to Steve to begin the encounter. His attacks include heavy slams, and the fight becomes more dangerous when additional enemies appear. Avoid spending all your stamina while attacking and watch for the boss’s heavy attack animations. Use dodges to avoid attacks and when additional demons spawn, make them a priority target. Defeat the Hand Demon and return to The Sisters to complete the event.

Final Selection Rewards

Successfully completing the event grants several important Slayer progression rewards:

REWARD PURPOSE
Mizunoto Rank Official Slayer rank
Slayer Uniform Character equipment and appearance
Kasugai Crow Unlocks repeatable Slayer bounty missions
Ore and Crude Iron Useful crafting and weapon progression materials

5. Post-Final Selection: Level 45 and Beyond

After completing the event, equip your Kasugai Crow and start using its bounty system. Crow missions can be combined with ordinary NPC quests involving the same boss. This is one of the most efficient ways to earn multiple rewards from a single encounter.

For example, if the Crow assigns a Mother Bear or Hoyuzo bounty, accept the corresponding local quest before heading out. One boss kill can then contribute to both objectives. This approach helps increase your XP and Wen earnings while reducing unnecessary travel.

  • Levels 45–62: Continue with Wagwan and Crow Bounties. Wagwan remains useful after Final Selection. Continue completing the Demon Guard and Hoyuzo objectives, combining them with your Crow contracts whenever possible.
  • Levels 62–75: Jugg in Dreamfall Hollow. At approximately Level 62, Dreamfall Hollow becomes the next recommended leveling area. Find Jugg and accept his cave-clearance contracts.
  • Levels 75–100: Demon Slayer Goro. After reaching Level 75, travel to the waterfall area in Mistfall Harbor and speak to Demon Slayer Goro. Continue completing the objectives until you are ready to move to Iceveil Valley.
  • Levels 90–105: Tomoi and Shiro. Iceveil Valley introduces another pair of progression NPCs. Move to Shiro when Tomoi’s objectives no longer provide competitive experience.
  • Levels 105–145: Demon Slayer Mitsu. Demon Slayer Mitsu can be found at Iceveil Valley cliffs. Her Frost Demon objectives provide the next major progression route, taking you toward Level 145.
  • Level 145+: Maximize Kasugai Crow Missions. Once you reach approximately Level 145, Kasugai Crow missions become one of the fastest experience sources available.

The most reliable leveling route in Slayers 2 is to follow a sequence of quest chains rather than random grinding. Keep your rare materials for important upgrades and combine quests with boss farming whenever possible. A well-planned progression route makes the journey to endgame considerably smoother than simply attacking the nearest enemy.
