As reported yesterday, new Southeast Asia publisher PlayOne Asia had apparently signed the rights for Tree of Savior. However, South Korea developer IMC Games had since contacted MMO Culture and clarified the information is “somewhat different from what is true“, hence PlayOne Asia had been ordered to take down Tree of Savior. I wonder what really happened between the 2 companies.
Update: IMC Games has further revealed that “there will be a revised announcement on this soon“. The original article has been taken down from MMO Culture at the request of IMC Games.
