[Source] Mail.ru, the publisher for ArcheAge Russia, has released a new notice stating that overseas IP addresses will be blocked from now on, at the request of Korean developer XLGAMES. There wasa fan made English patch floating around, which probably triggered the alarm.
The following countries and regions can still access the game: Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Republic of Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and countries with limited status – Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
