Unless there’s a last-minute change, Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 will have started by the time you read this: depending on your region, the new season is set to launch on August 5th or 6th. The new season introduces an official Terminator 2: Judgment Day collaboration, a brand-new assault rifle, a new Battle Royale class, and several gameplay updates.
Call of Duty: Mobile x Terminator 2 Collaboration
The headline feature of Season 7 is its collaboration with Terminator 2: Judgment Day, bringing both the T-800 and T-1000 to the in-game store. Both Operators are available through Lucky Draws, alongside exclusive rewards such as Legendary Weapon Blueprints with reactive effects. Other things you can win include two Legendary Weapon Blueprints with reactive elements: The T-800 Lucky Draw includes the HS0405, while the T-1000 Draw features the BP50.

Players who unlock both Terminator Operators can upgrade them from Epic to Legendary quality and switch between their forms during matches. The collaboration also includes Skynet-themed cosmetics that can be earned through limited-time event missions.
You can complete up to two event missions each day to earn Cyberdyne Tech Points, with a daily cap of 100 points. Consistent participation should earn enough points to unlock at least 15 rewards, including cosmetics and the new Blackjack – Endoskeleton Operator.

New Weapon and Class
The new weapon is an assault rifle called Cronen Squall. It combines low recoil with a solid fire rate, making it easy to control during sustained firefights. The Cronen Squall becomes available at Tier 21 of the free Battle Pass.

The new class is called Overload and comes with a Shock Stick as its signature ability. This stick can disable and disrupt attackers, meaning that when used at the right moment, it can help you escape dangerous situations or disrupt enemy pushes.

New Operator Skills & Map Refreshes
Season 7 also introduces a new party mode built around Operator Skill Overdrive. At the start of each match, players choose one of three randomly selected Operator Skills before unlocking a second skill later in the game. If you choose two compatible skills, you get another powerful Fusion Skill. For example, choosing Tempest and Purifier will give you a unique Fusion Skill called Thunderfire Storm.
In addition, each skill you choose has three total levels. You can upgrade them to get additional bonuses such as increased range and damage. All cooldowns are fixed at 30 seconds throughout the mode, so you will have plenty of opportunities to use your skills.

Nuketown has also received a visual overhaul, featuring updated lighting and textures inspired by Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, giving the classic map a more modern look.

Season 7 also introduces Hardpoint: Mayhem, a new variation of the classic objective mode. In this new mode, players take on different roles to try to keep a fixed objective location under control. Each match assigns players one of three unique roles:
- Anchors (x2): Capture and defend the objective.
- Rovers (x2): Protect the Anchors and pressure opponents.
- Controller (x1): Supports the team with Scorestreak abilities.
Roles are randomly assigned before the match starts, and each role comes with its own predefined loadout.
