At G-Star 2016 this week, Webzen is showcasing 2 upcoming games: MU Legend, arriving in 1Q next year and Azera: Iron Heart, launching in a few weeks in South Korea. MU Legend recently held its global Closed Beta, which I felt is a really competent PC online game if the lag spikes are fixed. On the other hand, Azera: Iron Heart is a mobile action RPG developed by external studio Timber Games.
The exhibition area for MU Legend has a 3D panoramic screen installed for the visitors to enjoy the new G-star game trailer. There will be multiple events and giveaways at the booth, with Webzen giving out high-end graphic cards and other quality MU Legend gifts. In the sequel, players will be able to revisit nostalgic dungeons such as Blood Castle and a new content mode, Epic Dungeons.
The exhibition area for Azera: Iron Heart contains a ‘Trick Art’ sculpture and a large “Titan” game character model. In the booth, there will be a cinematic trailer and multiple devices installed with the game for visitors to experience the pinnacle of 3D mobile gaming. The PvP (player versus player) mode is also ready in the demo version for users to experience the game’s real-time PvP experience.
