If you haven’t heard, Planetside Next is the supposed title for the sequel from Sony Online Entertainment. Not much news was posted and there isn’t an official website yet, but the game has been officially shipped out to the China market. The publisher will be The9, which is enjoying a mini-revival again after some bad business decisions and the loss of World of Warcraft China a few years back. Mr Tony Park, VP of The9, shared a presentation slide he had and the game is officially known as Planetside 2. No word if this will be for the China region only.
