[Register] First announced early last month, Defiance is now officially Free-to-Play for the PC platform. Developed by Trion Worlds, Defiance is a sci-fi MMORPG with a live TV series running in the United States. For players on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the scheduled date is 15th July.
With the change to Free-to-Play, players can expect a larger variety of items added to the cash shop. Of course, players who choose to pay a monthly will find the new Paradise Patron option, which provides a wide array of boosts and bonuses in the game. More info on Free-to-Play can be found here.
