Level Infinite is heading to Cologne for Gamescom 2026 with a lineup focused heavily on hands-on floor access. Visitors attending the convention from August 26 through August 30 can visit Booth C071-A070 in Hall 6.1 at Koelnmesse to test unreleased builds, meet development teams, and take part in daily community events.
The publisher’s showcase includes the first public demo for a major sequel, a console debut for a massive survival title, and live community activities for an extraction shooter.
CONTROL Resonant Debuts First Public Demo
The headline attraction at the Level Infinite booth is Remedy Entertainment’s CONTROL Resonant. Gamescom 2026 marks the very first time players outside the studio can pick up a controller and experience the action RPG firsthand.

The sequel releases globally on September 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Set in a reality-warped, supernatural version of Manhattan, the game puts players in control of Dylan Faden. Combat revolves around combining powers with a shape-shifting melee weapon to take on dangerous threats like the Hiss and the Mold.

Dune: Awakening Console Version Playable for the First Time
Funcom is bringing the console build of its open-world survival game, Dune: Awakening, to the public floor for the first time. While the game previously arrived on PC last year, Gamescom gives players their initial opportunity to test how the gameplay translates to console controllers.

Booth visitors can try out exploration, base building, and resource gathering across Arrakis. The area also features a custom desert-themed photo setup.
