Back in July 2020, we first reported about a Korean studio, Game Tales, working on an Unreal Engine 5 MMORPG. The cross-platform game is currently known as TS Project. Game Tales recently received a hefty Pre-A funding round from Korea Investment Partners and KB Investment to speed up completion of TS Project.
TS Project’s story is written by Game Tales’ CEO himself, who previously published several novels and worked on scenarios and quests for games such as Ecol Tactics Online, Cabal Online, and TERA Hero. Unfortunately, while the development team boasts of many industry veterans, TS Project will be built with blockchain and NFT technologies. Game Tales is aiming to launch TS Project by 2022.
