First announced last month, NPIXEL is a new South Korean studio founded by veterans who created Netmarble’s popular Seven Knights mobile RPG. Its debut title, Gran Saga, is scheduled to launch in 2020. Today, NPIXEL revealed that their ambitious Unreal Engine 4 MMORPG will not just be for mobile devices, but supports cross-platform gameplay on PC as well. The team aims to “maximize the freedom of gaming which is not limited to specific devices or platforms.” Touted as a “super-large” MMORPG, more details for Gran Saga will be made available soon, with a teaser website being prepared.
