We take a quick break from all the E3 2019 news and head over to the land of the rising sun, where developer Square Enix announced the start of pre-registration phase for its new mobile RPG, War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. First revealed in December 2018, the game utilizes a grid battlefield with the classic turn-based combat, very similar to games such as Fire Emblem Heroes and Langrisser Mobile. With strategy key to victories, the battlefield will also have an elevated landscape system, where there are differences on damage dealt and taken based on height location (hope this is explained clear enough).
Update: The global English server has been confirmed by Square Enix!
Square Enix also touted really common features such as “Auto mode” and “Double Speed mode” to accommodate beginners. Others include “Limit Burst” special moves, character abilities, and the classic “Summon system” where summons such as Bahamut and Shiva appears. Each character has a job class such as Warrior, Lancer, Ninja, and many more. The game is based on warring nations which begin to target a small country due to its special power entangling the 2 princes. The global server has been announced at E3 2019!
