Nexon today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with Japanese game company Koei Tecmo Games to develop a new mobile MMORPG, Shin Dynasty Warriors 8 Mobile (working title). Based on Shin Dynasty Warriors 8, also known as Dynasty Warriors 9 in the western market, development will be handled by Studio One under Nexon Korea. According to early details, Shin Dynasty Warriors 8 Mobile will feature a vast open world and action combat. Nexon also obtained the global publishing rights, but no schedule was revealed. Both companies have worked on the very popular Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed before.
