First announced back in April 2016, Final Fantasy XI Mobile is a collaboration project between Square Enix and Nexon Korea. Developed by One Studio, an internal team at Nexon, new screenshots were recently uncovered when gamers scoured through the job postings. Hence, these screenshots are not exactly new, but first appeared in July 2017.
The last official job posting for Final Fantasy XI Mobile was from back in January, when Nexon was looking for a quest and story planner, including fluency in Japanese and experience in Final Fantasy games. Powered by Unreal Engine 4, there is no launch date for Final Fantasy XI Mobile, though we know that the game is slated for a future global release.
