Over at G-Star 2017, developer Bluehole invited a popular local streamer to stream footage of its latest PC online game, Ascent: Infinite Realm (A:IR), from the event floor. The studio behind TERA and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds showed off an early build, highlighting the games’ massive aerial combat in both PVE and PVP. Crafted using Unreal Engine 3, the North America and Europe version of the game was also recently announced by publisher Kakao Games. While most developers have shifted entirely to mobile games, or even VR titles, we are glad to see that there are still quality PC online games on the horizon.
Bonus: Apparently there is also a showcase RVR match held on the stage over at Bluehole’s booth at G-Star 2017. You could tell the game is still pretty rough around the edges though. Are you excited at the prospects of literally conquering the skies?
