[Alpha signup] First announced back in September last year, Breakaway is one of the several online PC games which Amazon Game Studios started to develop since its formation. Featuring a core 4 vs 4 competitive brawler, an exhibition match was recently held between esports teams Echo Fox and Rogue in partnership with the Royal Dutch Navy, Red Bull Esports, Razer and AMD.
The teams went head to head in an epic throwdown aboard the HNLMS Holland, the first-ever competitive match held on a battleship at sea. After an intense, hotly-contested battle, Team Rogue’s quick reflexes and teamwork sealed the victory with the winning goal against Echo Fox.
