I have been posting about Black Gold Online since it was first announced, so readers of my website should not be too unfamiliar with this game, which will be the 2nd title for Age of Wushu’s developer, Snail Games.
The company announced earlier that it will bring Black Gold Online to E3 2013 later in June, which is pretty much just a preview since the china server has yet to enter Closed Beta. Or perhaps a synced launch is being prepared?
In a world torn by steampunk technology and magic, plus the ongoing fight for the resource known as Black Gold, players must stand firm and pledge their loyalty to either side. Over 3,00 dynamic events (open world events) are also being touted!
From the demo I tried at Gamescom 2012, Black Gold Online looks really pretty, and the game does utilize action combat, unlike Age of Wushu. Stay tuned for more news!
