Japanese developer Applibot just announced its latest mobile game, Blade X Lord, over at the annual Tokyo Game Show. While the Japanese market is no doubt flooded with new mobile titles, Blade X Lord is the brainchild of Hisatoshi Hayakashi, the former executive producer of Brave Frontier and Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius. He is also former CEO of Alim, the studio which made the 2 mentioned games! The teaser trailer does not explain or showcase much of Blade X Lord’s gameplay, but it is cool to have an English voice over.
There are 3 main focuses of Blade X Lord, which are world, story, and battle. A full 3D mobile RPG, players can expect stunning graphical skill effects during combat along with CG cut-scenes. From what I gather, the gameplay is really something gamers are used to, which includes recruiting new characters while adventuring the vast fantasy world. The official website has yet to add in the features and systems, so stay tuned for more updates!
