NHN Entertainment just announced the global Android launch of Jelly Monsters on the Rocks, a brand new style tile-matching puzzle game which focuses on numbers to match and remove tiles, instead of matching same tiles together like other existing tile-matching puzzle games.
With an aim to match and remove appropriate tiles according to mission given, players need to drop and place numbered tiles to empty spaces. Tiles can be removed by:
Rule 1) matching number written on the tile to number of tiles placed or
Rule 2) placing tiles with same number linearly.
If players drop a ‘number 4’ tile into the space where 3 tiles are placed linearly, the ‘number 4’ tile pops and disappears because ‘number 4’ tile becomes a part of 4 linearly placed tiles. This happened as the number on the numbered tile (4) became the same as total number of linearly placed tiles (4).
Players need to make a fast decision to place tile efficiently, keeping both rules in mind. Players can enjoy Jelly Monsters on the Rocks with 120 different types of missions and social features such as Facebook friend leader board and item requests. The iOS version will launch next month.
