After the original Brave Frontier and the flop which is Brave Frontier 2, Japanese developer Alim yesterday announced a new entry in the series, Brave Frontier ReXONA! The game looks almost totally different from the previous 2 titles, as it went 3D while also using a landscape view for this new adventure. Brave Frontier ReXONA is set to launch this summer in Japan.
Combat in Brave Frontier ReXONA is more similar to action games, rather than the usual turn-based system. However, familiar systems such as Brave Burst are still intact, though we aren’t sure how many were retained. If you noticed, the adventure in Brave Frontier ReXONA takes place in a dungeon known as VOID (Valley Of Imaginary Dungeons), something left behind by a previous catastrophe.
Other details include 4 factions (Guild, Order, Force, Family), and even a player housing system! There are also 40 characters to choose from at this point of announcement. Will Brave Frontier ReXONA find enough success to see and overseas launch? Stay tuned!
