After years of delay and switching publisher from Snail Games to iDreamSky and Tencent, Black Desert Mobile is finally launching in China on 26 April on both Android and iOS devices. Korean developer Pearl Abyss and the co-publishers are intent on making a statement with anticipation being very high, and revealed last week a China-exclusive class, 行者 (directly translates to Walker). Obviously, this male class is inspired by Sun Wukong, or Monkey King, from the novel Journey to the West.
Correction 1: Pearl Abyss never did announce a launch date for Black Desert Mobile in China, hence there was no delay.
Correction 2: The publishing deal with iDreamSky and Tencent was signed in March, 2019. The deal with Snail Games was for the PC version, Black Desert Online, not the mobile version.
