Not many outside of South Korea have heard of Traha before, so here is a quick lowdown on it. An Unreal Engine 4 mobile MMORPG, Traha was the first game from developer Moai Games and was launched domestically by Nexon back in 2019. While garnering good results, the game was soon overshadowed somehow by Nexon’s shiny new titles, including V4. It seems that Traha is one of the rare titles under Nexon which did not go overseas.
Things are about to change with the sequel though, officially announced as Traha Infinity last week by developer Moai Games. Taking place 200 years before the original, Moai Games will now handle the domestic launch and operations. It is unknown if Unreal Engine 4 is still the engine of choice, but it most likely is. Stay tuned for more updates!
