Project Cloud Games is a new 5-man indie studio located in South Korea, and recently showcased a prototype concept trailer for its first title, Project Relic. Project Relic’s vision is an online-based multiplayer action game based on scenarios related to relics of ancient human civilizations, with PC and consoles as the main platforms. This trailer is just an early prototype for Project Relic, as the team intends to recruit and launch a crowdfunding campaign to match its 2022 schedule.
These days, new indie studios in South Korea tend to have an experienced veteran leading the charge. The founder of Project Cloud Games is no exception, with experiences as a Visual Effects (VFX) artist working on the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Call of Duty games, League of legends, and even cinematic videos of the MMORPG, Star Wars: The Old Republic.
