With the Japan server just started pre-registration, Square Enix surprisingly announced that NieR Re[in]carnation is heading to North America and Europe in the near future. This news was made via a special Tokyo Game Show 2020 livestream earlier today. The official English Facebook page and Twitter handle for NieR Re[in]carnation have even gone live! The game is led by series creator Yoko Taro as Creative Director, Yosuke Saito (Producer of NieR: Automata) as Producer, and Akihiko Yoshida (Artist of NieR: Automata) as Lead Character Designer. Development took place over at fellow Japanese studio Applibot.
