Kakao Games today announced that its latest steampunk MMORPG, Ascent: Infinite Realm will begin accepting Closed Beta applications from 29 May to 19 June for gamers 18 years of age and above. In-development by Krafton (formerly Bluehole), it is currently unknown what has changed since the playable demo version at G-Star 2017. If you did not already know, A:IR features 2 warring nations with battles taking place on land and in the skies. There are a variety of air vehicles, including the signature airships (of different sizes and builds) and player jet packs. On land, walking mechs are the machines of choice. Update: It seems there are 3 new races in the game other than humans. While this image is introducing the 5 classes, there is a green orc, a pointy-ears elf and a new furry race!
