Developer Pearl Abyss recently announced it is holding a press conference in Taiwan on 10 July to reveal its plans for the localized version of Black Desert Mobile. Pre-registration has also started for players based in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Pearl Abyss, which has a local Taiwanese office running Black Desert Online for a couple of years now, revealed that Black Desert Mobile will start off with 6 characters instead of 5 in the South Korean server.
The mysterious 6th class will only be revealed during the press conference which will be live-streamed. An executive of Pearl Abyss’ Taiwan office claimed that the additional new class is one which “has not been introduced in the South Korean server.” Our money is on the Striker class, since the Dark Knight has already landed. Stay tuned for more updates!
