Gamevil’s ambitious mobile MMORPG, Royal Blood, recently made an appearance at Unite Europe 2017, a Unity conference held in Amsterdam. Developers worldwide were invited to show their games and the development process in the “Made with Unity” showcase. Gamevil will not only unveil the Royal Blood’s latest build, but also had demo booths for participants to try the game firsthand.
Royal Blood is a massive project for global mobile game publisher and developer Gamevil, with the project currently having over 100 staff on the team. The goal of developing Royal Blood using Unity is to bring a PC-caliber MMORPG experience to mobile devices. One of the MMORPG’s highly-promoted feature is a dynamic open world with live event integration, similar to those found in PC titles.
Players can seamlessly join these events and quest with others, resulting in an engaging experience. Royal Blood will also have large 100:100 Realm VS Realm battles for players to duke it out. It most recently won the “Best Graphics Award” at “Made with Unity” Korea Awards 2017. The mobile MMORPG is slated for a fall release in Korea, while the global version will launch soon afterwards.
