Entering its first test phase from 9 to 13 September in South Korea, Hyper Universe is Nexon’s new competitive online game developed by CWAVESOFT. Classified as a side-scrolling MOBA, players will be able to see anyone from Bruce Lee to the Monkey King, as it is literally a “clash of universe”. The setup for Hyper Universe is rather interesting, as there are seven levels in the main map.
In the middle level, teams spawn on both left and right sides, protected by towers . The other three levels below and above consists of neutral mobs, while the top level houses the game’s PVE dragon boss, much like Roshan and Baron Nashor. Skills typically have two to three seconds cooldown, with none longer than ten. Just a note, CWAVESOFT is founded by a former Nexon employee.
