[Pre-register] Gamevil recently announced the upcoming global release of the puzzle RPG, Dungeon Link. Developed by Kong Studios, Dungeon Link has players solve puzzles in a quest to defeat the Demon King and bring peace to the land of Kanterbury. A game trailer follows the announcement.
Here is a little background on the developer, Kong Studios. Co-founders Won and Jee met in 2008 as graduate students at the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. Using their computer science background, they teamed up to create the San Jose-based game studio in 2013, and their simple game idea evolved as they developed Dungeon Link’s story, mode, and characters.
The main gameplay has players eliminate enemies by connecting color-coded dots across a grid; players can also enhance their attacks by filling the entire board or linking multiple colors together. As they progress through the game, players can recruit and summon over 200 heroes, each with distinct abilities, and customize their teams for maximum impact.
In addition to a campaign mode, Dungeon Link will also have boss raids, daily dungeons, and PvP challenges. Players can sign up for a pre-launch package of in-game items worth 25 USD, today through April 22: [http://bit.ly/DLPreReg]. Dungeon Link will be available worldwide on App store and Google Play on April 22, 2015.
