South Korea will be welcoming its latest online shooter later this month, as Neowiz’s Black Squad begins its Closed Beta phase on 26th August. Black Squad was first known as Viper Circle, which I thought was a more unique name. There is currently no overseas server announced.
Developer NS Studios is more famous for its first shooter, Dizzel, which was closed in South Korea a few years back but recently ended its first beta test in North America. Crafted using Unreal Engine 3, the, the weapons and gears in Black Squad are certainly towards the more futuristic side.
