According to the official website, the beta keys for The Elder Scrolls Online will be sent out come end March. There is however still no word on when the first public beta will begin. Like most Western-developed titles, beta phases will start with a smaller group of players, and continually be extended with more invites sent out. Gamers can sign up here.
Although developer ZeniMax Online Studios has held many Q&A sessions through social media and websites, I am still puzzled why weren’t more actual game footage or screenshots shown for The Elder Scrolls Online. The trailers thus far are all animated, which do not represent any of the in-game view. Attached below are some early screenshots for the game from last year.
