Hawken – Unreal Engine 3 mecha shooter enters Open Beta today

[Game website] 4 hours from the time this post appears, that is. Developed using Unreal Engine 3, Hawken is 1 of 2 mecha PvP games to launch recently, with the other being MechWarrior Online.
 

I have to say, I enjoyed Hawken more simply because of the faster gameplay (CS player here) without sacrificing tactical planning. I am still a noob in terms of online shooters, but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give it a try 🙂
