Eyedentity Entertainment – Dragon Nest studio changes corporate name

Ever since Dragon Nest developer Eyedentity Games was bought over by China-based Shanda Game, it seemed to me that the Dragon Nest IP has fallen from the top of the world due to questionable business decisions. Changing to Eyedentity Mobile some time back to focus on mobile games, the focus has once again changed with the recent corporate rename to Eyedentity Entertainment.

As the name suggests, Eyedentity Entertainment will focus on entertainment in a bid to become a “global” company. The first start to fulfill its ambition is to enter the eSports business by building a competitive games platform. Eyedentity has had e-Sports experience with the annual Dragon Nest World Championship. More details about its plans will be released “in the near future”.
