In China, there have been a couple of unofficial Pokémon mobile games over the year. Recently, 1 of it caught my eyes, as the developer named the game as “Pokémon: Official Version”. Did Nintendo finally sold the rights away? Well, as expected, it is just a blatant lie tactic, though gamers are fully aware.
“Pokémon: Official Version” is basically a character collecting game, using the same mechanics from the similar genre in China. Players get to capture new Pokémons and upgrade/ strengthen them, though I see no signed of evolutions, meaning each Pokémon is actually an individual.
