Phase 1 has been live since late August and ends on September 12. Both featured characters are Wind units on the Remembrance Path, which makes this a very targeted phase.
Robin • Summeretto
Robin’s summer alternate is the headline debut of the patch. She is a 5-star Wind character on the Path of Remembrance, and her banner is called Summer Chorus.

Aventurine • Waveflair
Waveflair is the second and final new character of Version 4.5. He is a 5-star Quantum unit on the Path of Elation, and his warp is titled Over the Gilded Tides.
This version of Aventurine drops shields entirely and plays as an AoE damage dealer. He builds Fervor every time an ally attacks, then auto-fires Elation Skills once the meter fills. He is a separate character from the original Aventurine, so pulling one does nothing for the other.
Ashveil Rerun
Ashveil returns alongside Waveflair, and he is a 5-star Lightning unit on The Hunt. His signature Light Cone, The Finale of a Lie, reruns at the same time.
Single-target damage remains his strength, which makes him a clean fit for boss-heavy content. Pair that with Waveflair’s team-wide follow-up pressure and Phase 2 becomes a matched set for follow-up rosters.

The Fate Collab Warps Are Still Running
Four collab banners remain live with no announced end date. That is unusual, and it changes how you budget pulls.
- Saber (Wind, Destruction) and Archer (Quantum, The Hunt) have run since July 2025.
- Rin Tohsaka (Quantum, Erudition) and Gilgamesh (Lightning, Destruction) joined in July 2026.
None of these banners carry 4-star rate-ups. More importantly, they share a pity counter with each other. Their signature Light Cones run on separate collab warps:

She is a 5-star Ice unit on the Path of Elation. Her signature Light Cone, featured 4-stars, and exact banner dates remain unannounced. Treat everything past the version start as unconfirmed until HoYoverse publishes the official notice.
How Warp Pity Works in Honkai: Star Rail?
Understanding the pity system changes how you read any banner schedule.
Limited Character Banners
Each pull costs 160 Stellar Jade. Hard pity triggers at 90 pulls, and the first 5-star has a 50% chance to be the featured unit.
Losing that coin flip guarantees the featured character on your next 5-star. The absolute worst case therefore sits at 180 pulls, or 28,800 Stellar Jade. Most players never hit that ceiling.
Crucially, limited banner pity carries between limited banners. Pulls spent in Phase 1 are not wasted when Phase 2 opens.
Light Cone Banners
Light Cone warps track their own separate pity counter. Progress there does not touch your character pity, so treat the two budgets independently.
Permanent Warp Banners
Two warps stay available at all times.
- Departure Warp — capped at 50 pulls, with a guaranteed 5-star on the 50th. It disappears afterward.
