The Legend of Heroes is a legendary Japanese game franchise owned by Nihon Falcom, with the first game starting way back in 1989. The latest entry, The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II – Crimson Sin, came out just in 2022. Recently, it was announced that Korean developer FOW Games signed the rights to make a game based on the Gagharv Trilogy, consisting of 3 interconnecting games released in order.
Developer FOW Games (FOW stands for “Fantasy Open World”) doesn’t have a major presence yet, having been founded back in 2018 with its biggest title being the recent Priston Tale M. The genre and platform of the game based on The Legend of Heroes have yet to be announced, so hopefully it is not just another reskin of their mobile MMORPG template. Stay tuned!
